Program – September 20, 2011 – Raptors by Michael Kuriga

Michael Kuriga presented on raptors.  Michael has been a Master Falconer for more than 30 years and long time meber of the Lycoming Audubon Society.  He was part of the team to re-introduce Peregrines back into the Susquehanna River Basin.  For a while, he was caring for a permanent injured Bald Eagle and put on programs with him throughout the state.  Michael brought along one of his favorite raptors and answered questions concerning raptors, their environment and ecology.
