Tim Miller is a Hunter Education instructor for the Pennsylvania Game Commission.   He writes the Two Rivers outdoor column for the Morning Times and is a science teacher for the Athens Area School systems. Last year, he attended a work shop on the Pennsylvania elk population. He presented a PowerPoint presentation on the topic.
